1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions: "Service" refers to the home visit makeup artistry services offered by CoralLan. "User" or "Client" refers to any individual who books, enquires about, or uses our Services. "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to CoralLan, operated from No. 58, Zhongshan Road Sec. 1, Banqiao District, New Taipei 220, Taiwan. "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions, together with any booking confirmation we issue.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking request, completing the contact form, or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or, if booking on behalf of a minor, that you have the appropriate authority to do so. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with booking.

3. Service Description

CoralLan provides home visit makeup artistry services within the Greater Taipei area, including New Taipei City and Taipei City. Our current services are Brunch Elegance, Business Portrait Session, and Renewal Ceremony Service, as described on our website. Service availability is subject to scheduling and geographic scope. We reserve the right to decline bookings that fall outside our service area or operational capacity.

4. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when we issue a written confirmation by email or message. We recommend clients read the service descriptions carefully before booking to ensure the selected service fits their occasion. For the Renewal Ceremony Service, a deposit may be required to secure your dates. Details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Cancellations and Changes

We ask that any cancellation or significant change to a booking be communicated as early as possible. For session types other than the Renewal Ceremony, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur a charge. For Renewal Ceremony bookings, the deposit may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 7 days of the session. We will communicate relevant cancellation terms at the time of booking confirmation.

6. Health and Skin Sensitivities

Clients are responsible for disclosing any known allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities at the time of booking or during the pre-session consultation. While we take care to select appropriate products and ask about sensitivities, CoralLan cannot be held liable for adverse reactions where a client has not disclosed relevant health information.

7. Payment

Payment is accepted by bank transfer or cash, as communicated at the time of booking. Prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (NT$) as shown on our website at the time of booking. We reserve the right to adjust prices, but any confirmed booking will be charged at the rate agreed at the time of confirmation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the CoralLan website, including text, images, and design, is the property of CoralLan and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission. Clients retain the right to use images taken during or after their session for personal purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

CoralLan's liability to any client in connection with the provision of services is limited to the value of the service fee paid for the relevant session. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our Services. We do not make guarantees about specific outcomes of makeup application, as results depend on a range of individual factors including skin type, product interaction, and environmental conditions.

10. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided with professional care and skill, but we make no representation that the outcome of any session will match a particular reference image or expectation. Makeup artistry is a collaborative process and results reflect the input of both artist and client during the session.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Any disputes arising from our Services shall first be addressed through informal resolution — please contact us directly at [email protected]. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Taipei City, Taiwan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will indicate the updated date at the top of this page.
